Clear, standard refund terms

- All membership and sponsorship contributions are non-refundable once processed.
- Recurring memberships can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges. Past charges will not be refunded, and you'll retain access to tier benefits through the end of the current billing period.
- If COTU cancels a scheduled tier benefit or event without offering a substitute experience, members may request a prorated credit toward future programming within 30 days of the cancellation.
- Payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are non-refundable in all cases.
- Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please contact us at info@cotunil.com so we can resolve the issue directly.

What we collect
Name, email address, mailing address, and billing details you provide during checkout or newsletter signup. Payment card numbers are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) — COTU never stores full card numbers. We also collect basic site analytics (pages visited, device type, referring source).
How we use it
To process memberships and sponsorships, deliver tier benefits, send newsletters and event updates, recognize members publicly per their selected tier, maintain financial and tax records, and comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us operate the collective — including our payment processor (Stripe), email delivery provider, and website hosting platform — and government agencies when legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights
